I believe that this statement means that you will reach the peak with CTR. If you always choose the right you will go far and strive for greatness. However, if you choose the CTW path you will be unsuccessful in life. To be on the CTR path, you need to have good character and be a positive person 24/7. An example is that if you see someone dropped their wallet, you should give it back to them. Always be respectful of others and always be humble. You will be successful with CTR

Class Evaluation

Class Evaluation

The things I liked about this class was that everything was on the computers and not on paper other than the life planning goals journal. I also liked the lectures about how to be a CTR person and the videos we would watch. The last thing I liked about this class is that it helped me learned to type faster.

Some things I didn’t like about this class were that some times it got a little boring and I didn’t like that we got randomly called on to share our thoughts on a certain topic.

Some recommendations are to make the class more fun so that students wouldn’t fall asleep and

always give free time at the end of class.

A highlight for me was when we did the CTR project because it was a bit nerve-racking but was fun.

I feel like I did do my best in this class because I always brought my goals journal and I tried my best to complete my assignments. I also paid attention during the lectures and did my work.

I always try my best to read and write my goals especially when I am in this class.

I am going to try my hardest to be a CTR person because I think there are too many cruel people in this world and we need more people to step up and Choose The Right.

CTR Person

I think this statement means to be a CTR person at all times.Even if you feel like the right choice will turn everyone against you. For instance. if athletes are using steroids, they are not only putting their life in danger but also putting their team at risk. And the coach knows that his athletes are using steroids and does nothing. But you know too and it doesn't feel right to you. Either you tell your teammates that are using the steroids to stop and they listen, or you have to tell administration. Although you may feel like telling the administration is not a choice because everyone will hate you, it is the right thing to do. Don’t be afraid of what people might think of you and don’t be afraid to CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!!!!!!

Beautiful character

If there is beauty in character, there will be harmony in the home. If there is harmony in the home, there will be order in the nation. If there is order in the nation, there will be peace in the world.

This statement means that if everyone is a CTR person, there would be peace in the world.This statement also tries to inform people about how we can have peace in the world. It all starts with having a beautiful character. That means being honest, responsible and respectful. That will bring peace in your home, which means that there are no problems. Then it is more likely that you will treat other people who do not live in your home caring and respectfully. That makes other people treat others with love and respect. Soon everyone will be treating everyone the way they are supposed to. That brings order to the nation. Having nations at peace means no conflict and that means there are no wars. That means peace in the world. It all begins with individuals who have a beautiful character. And the only reason why wars are made is because people are not aware of what they do. It is better to create a world of happiness and not a world of fear. We need to work together as a country to bring peace.

I believe Thomas Carlyle is trying to say that someone without a goal doesn’t have a way to move ahead in life. The person will not be able to function as well in comparison to having goals that guide them in the right direction. Correct goals make a person go in the right direction. Such as having a goal to become a doctor. You will have to study, get good grades, go to college maybe even medical school. That's the right way to lead. The right goal will lead you to the success of life and you will go away, having a goal is like a dream that you want to make it come true but you have to go for it. The ship is to you as the rudder is to your goal.

During the three day weekend, my family and I traveled to many places including the mall and other stores. On Memorial Day, my family and I actually had a barbecue and invited many friends. We also played mini games and had a lot of fun.

This statement means that the only way we can heal is by forgiving.If something tragic in your life happens and you feel as if someone’s to blame, you should try and forgive them. Not forgiving them will only lead you to bitterness. You will never feel satisfied with their consequence. For instance, your dog got lost because your sister was being careless and left the gate door open. You can always be angry at her for losing your dog that has been with you for years and was like family or you can forgive her. The only way to heal from that is by forgiving.

This statement means that you should only be dared to do right. If you get dared to do something wrong, you shouldn’t do it. You must take on that dare because it's a dare that makes you choose the right. If someone dares you to jump off a cliff, you shouldn’t do it.  You should not do it because you are not being courageous if you jump off that cliff you are being reckless. You are just putting your life in danger.If you say no to the dare you are being brave than actually accepting the dare because you are saying no to people and being at risk of being fun off. You should only dare to do right.

Doing the right thing means you're going to be successful. It does not mean that you will be very rich, it means you will succeed in being a good person. You also have to act like a CTR person and pursue your goals no matter what.

I think that these success tips mean that you need to work hard and make sacrifices to be successful. His tips can be easily followed and easily learned. The first one is just to work hard, which we could all do if we are not lazy. The second tip is to do something you are interested in. This can be a passion you have. The third tip is to not just do something for money. The fourth and final tip that Phillips Riggs gave us was to treat others the way you would want to be treated. When you do good things, good things will happen to you. These steps also are related to choosing the right.

I believe that this statement means that when it’s time to make a decision, you should choose the right one. For example, a person in front of you may have dropped $ 5 and did not notice. You have two options to not tell them anything and keep the money or tell them you dropped their $ 5 and give them your money. The correct option would be to tell them that they dropped their $ 5 but the wrong choice can be tempting. Maybe it may seem like it's not much money and they can get $ 5 elsewhere, but just because it does not seem like a lot of money so that's not the right choice. I think that this statement means that when you know you messed up, you should own up to your mistakes. For example, when you see someone drop their wallet. You must choose the right and be the one to return to them their wallet. You should follow Pam's advice and do the right thing at the right time. It doesn’t matter what you lose when you do the right thing because, you will become a better character, which is more important than anything. That is the most important goal in life.

I think that the 10 indian commandments are all about choosing the right. They also show how to treat others with respect.

Many people might choose to take it without thinking twice. But, if these are some of the commandments we live by, we might not feel so right about taking it. Another example on why living by these commandments would be good is because we wouldn't be polluting the world so much. Many people care about the Earth and want to help fight against pollution. But, we live in a time of age where pollution isn't something we could stop so easily. There are many factories that pollute a lot to give us things we want like cars and phones and electricity. But, if we lived by these rules we would be more focused on finding clean ways on how to make electricity.

I think that this statement means that every promise that you make should never be broken. When you say that you are going to say something you must do it. When you say that you're going to do something, whether or not you said promise, it’s still a promise. When you break a promise, you are breaking your word. You will feel disappointed if a friend was to break a promise so you shouldn’t break your promises either. An example of this can be when your friend promises that they will not spread your secret. If they were to break their promise and tell everyone about it, you will definitely be disappointed in your friend. If you don’t like it when people break promises they make with you then you should also keep your promises and be loyal to your word.
